Dusty~ Your poor son, sending mending arm thoughts to him
Natty ~ Sorry to hear about your lump, hope you get to see the " right" doctor
Toots~ Way to go! So glad you got to see Concorde :)

Busy day, so very glad that it was a special Bank Holiday list. Up late because we had friends round for a meal...vegan friends so gave me a chance to cook in a different way.
Dh was a star and went to Tescos on our one working bike.....and now says that somehow or other we will have to buy a new car :D We are renting one tomorrow because we're driving my Mum down to Essex to visit my sister on Wednesday, so better get off to bed as it's a good old walk to the car rental place tomorrow morning.

Cheap at half the price.. do you want me to buy hers? and you can buy DS2's??

his blazer is £140 and his hat £65.. before we even start on trousers and shirts, pe kit, trainers and jumpers etc... I'll be glad when he leaves!!

:eek::eek::eek::eek: [keels over backwards in shock]

I began wondering whether I should be worried when I asked the school for a list with prices and they said 'we don't provide prices, you'll have to find out from the school suppliers, as you can't get the uniform anywhere else - no, they don't have a website - you'll have to go there in person and ask when we send you the list, as the colours depend on which house they are in - no, we tell you the house the Monday before they start'.

Now you've got me really worried....
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Morning campers, well I'm up bright and early this morning as the cat and dog both got me up..lol. Plus Scruffy (older dog) needed his early honey dose for his cough, although got up and found out that DH had given him it :D Didn't have a very good sleep as I was worrying about the lump, but I think as it is only under my arm I expect it should be okay. To tell you the truth I wasn't going to mention it with what others are going through, but as I wasn't getting much from DH I didn't know who else to turn to. Anyway as you all have said it is probably nothing..but thank you for the support :D

Right on to the daily bits etc..

Wow Fedup just been reading your weeks exercise plant, that certainly takes some going - is it working though?
Polka you certainly seem busy buying/freecycling etc, I'm worried that you are having an upward turn (if you know what I mean!). I was reading last week and it all seemed so familiar to my hyper times. Also I hope everything is okay with your family over in S.A, it sounds rather frightening, will be keeping everyone in my thoughts.
Good to see you back Jinksy, although I get lost with your signature - one day it is something then the next day it changes..lol.
Oooh Toots how lovely of of AnW'sMum and co to take you to see Concorde, what a lovely surprise.
Soappie hope you are feeling better today?
FFP hope DD is feeling better today?
Dusty *hugs* to your DS, hope he had a restful night.
Wow Kaz that is one major declutter session LOL, but it does look nice though.
Yikes at the school prices for uniforms, how on earth can they justify those prices!!
Continued love and hugs to L-L, Sandy, Toots, Diva and Rose

Huge hugs for you and your family Dusty- it must have been a huge scare for you all. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Toots - I am glad you got to see Concorde. What is next on your list?

kazm - that is some serous decluttering

jojo - My DS1 finally got into age 6 yesterday (he was 7 last week) so we need to do the new clothes stuff too. He also has shot up two shoe sizes in the space of weeks . A trip to Clarks for school shoes for him and DS2 today - ouch.

Hello to the newbies and the returners

    Off to find my list.......

    Morning all,
Have been AWOL for 2 weeks or so and can't catch up so hope everyone is ok. Haven't been too well (baby is absolutely fine - it's just me!) and am under doctors orders to take it easy. OH has had a good going over of the house at the weekend, so I am going to have a look at the lists, cross off what doesn't need to be done, and have a day pottering whilst the kids are at nursery. Catch you all later!
Mammy to 3 gorgeous children. :)
