Well done on credit cards. Fantastic news. Do enjoy Narnia - i still haven't been but it looks great.
Hooray to the bathroom. I have ordered new furniture for living room and kitchen bits too.
The dream is almost Marleyesque - you haven't been watching A Christmas Carol in one of its many guises on the television over the hols have you? Well if it happens again shout at it to go. How dare it ruin your sleep even for a few minutes. Not only are you solving your financial situation you are helping all of the rest of us too.
I hope it stops. Someone clever will appear with good advice soon I am sure. I hope after Narnia that you sleep well. I love the books.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
It happened again - but this time I did not wake up in the middle of the night but at 7.02. I do realise this is probably a normal 'get up' time for many people but I did go to bed at 1.30 a.m. and this is not enough sleep for me. There is a difference between 'wake up ready to go' and 'wake up tired and full of apprehension'.
Could making a good plan for January help?

you asked about the Matrix. In brief it is a group (consisting mainly of women who met around Memorygirl's tread) briadly believing that:
· Everyone is a hero and no-one is a victim;
· Co-operation is more potent than competition;
· Abundance and prosperity should be used to support others on their path to success;
· Balanced life is the road to happiness;
· Holistic support is a necessary condition for success.
All member commit to spend 15 minutes per day to support the other members if support is asked for. The support is mainly with shaping ideas, personal growth and starting enterpirses. But could be pretty much anything, really.
And this is it, I think.

I found it. :money::j

Firewalker, Its 02.40, and I cant sleep. I was reading your thread about waking up suddenly. I had the same thing occur a few times after the passing of my brother. I realised that I was facing life without a friend, confidante, hero and idol. The panic sometimes would choke me. He was like a father to me. It passed, and I realised that on many occasions, when I needed him, he was still with me. 2010 has been tough, 2011 is yet to be realised. Be well, and here's to a productive, happy 2011.0

Had already seen it, but thanks for the reminder that I should be checking more regularly.
I need to focus on proper goals for the next year, rather than just New Year resolutions. Strange how I can project manage to the tiniest degree in my work environment, but can't do it in personal stuff. Probably to do with the level of detachment needed.
Hope you get some sleep soon. As someone who tends to insomnia of the sort you talk about, one of the things I was told to do was turn all the clocks so that you can't see them. The immediate thing is to check the time, and then you go 'I've only had xx hours sleep I need more sleep' and that in itself stops you relaxing.
You've had a trauma in your life, you can't expect to just carry on as normal.

Morning FW, I was about to say the same thing as William. It sounds like a symptom of bereavement to me. I'm sure the passing of your father has had a profound effect on your subconscious, even if you're not writing about your grief - it will come out another way.
Early waking can be a sign of depression too....
Congratulations on being credit card debt free :T I wish you a very Happy and Peaceful New Year x0 -
A quick note and will write later. In fact you might all be right and it might because of my dad'd passing. I actually suspect that it has still not hit me properly but I am grieving subconsiously. It all come out as a concern about the future again. Which is a bit silly.
Mac, I am not prone to depression - thank God. Hope it will stay this way.
Now back to cooking - if anyone know what to do with a leg of pork so it is not simply delicious but amazingly scrumptious let me know, please.
