Hi Gilli, you are here! Yep, it was very scary - in fact, fund or not this month will be a bit difficult (partly because of buiding of store cupboard about which I'll probably say more at some point).
I am starting to suspect that we made a bit of a mistake - the food was lovely and it is not cheap but what contributed greatly to the enormity of the bill was the wine. We allowed a French guy, who has vinyards and makes 48,000 bottles of wine a year and exports these all over the world, to chose the wine - then you end up with a large bill. I did not know what he does when he is not an academic, though. Talking patchwork income...

Something is not entirely right today. I got up a bit later than usual and my head was not feeling right; you know when your head is not clear and you have a very understated headache. Then OH and I went to do the customary shopping (£29 on food expecting a vegetarian visitor for three days nect week, so not bad) and even I noticed that I am being really horrible and snapy.
After lunch, late lunch, I went to bed with a book and ended up sleeping for couple of hours. Now feel great - is it possible I was just exhausted?

OK, shall do. Just got up, so slept long, and the plan for today is:
1) Run (today is the day for my long run)
2) Go to LB's rugby presentation
3) Go to a parade in Manchester
No work, no writing no pressure.

Thank Goodness the weather forecast is sometimes wrong; in fact very often wrong. It was to be raining all day here but instead it was a lovely sunny day; not cold and not hot – just right. My day programme did not work: out of the three things on it only going to LB’s rugby presentation was done. The rest had to be changed which may mean that I am developing some flexibility (yep, Ani26, just for you). I didn’t run but we walked for over two hours so I reckon that this is going to do as a long run. We didn’t go to town but we had lovely afternoon walking down the Mersey with boys and friends.
I do feel tired, though; wondering whether it is not worth taking some iron.
Stuck to the ‘no writing, no pressure’ (well till now) and have decided that from tomorrow the top three things that I do when I don’t want to eat frogs will have to go. These are: checking Google Analytics, coming on MSE, and checking my e-mail. All these will be done (except Analytics, which will have to be done weekly) but at certain times during the day. And most definitely after I have accomplished the three main things for the day!
Now, the mind map plan for next week is done and the plan for tomorrow is done – time for watching a movie with OH and LB.
Sleep well and have a great week.

Its so interesting to sense the changes occurring from within people, myself included, (i'm not quite sure how to express this ). Still too many plans for my liking though.
Chill, firewalker, chill, ( says this to myself, too). Don't be so hard on yourself. x
Still. I guess we are all different and all have our different thought processes.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?
