Thanks for the birthday messages!
OH got me another 10 driving lesson, a camping cookbook and a Sky Gnome! A sky Gnome is like a portable music player which you can get to connect to the computers or to your sky box. Means i can listen to music and take it round the house with me while i am cleaning!:D:D
Got £70 in money! :j:j:j
But big news is.................
WE HAVE BOOKED THE WEDDING!!!!!
We fly out to cyprus on may 4th 2011 and our chosen wedding date is 11/5/11
Our big problem now is finding out what in laws are gonig to pay! It will probably depend what mood they are in. The originally said they would pay for 2 weeks accomodation. So i was thinking maybe about £1000. But now i am worrying they wont. MIL made a little coment about they shouldn't be paying anything! She has the old fashioned opinion that brides family pay and so they will pay for SIL's!! I find this so weird. Surely if you had a son and daughter then you would want to give evenly! Unless you really hated your son!!! My mum hardly has any spare money yet is giving both my brother and I £1000 each for our weddings! No way in a million years would my mum give to her daughters and not her sons!
So infact a balance of £295 has been put on my empty credit card!!! This is holiday and wedding deposit! So now i don't know whether to throw my money at this or littlewoods! My mums money covers the wedding fee and our holiday is £1259. So hoping if the inlaws cover the £1000 of the holiday then we just need to clear the balance on the card and then only worry about spending money, rings and suits, (As Nanny-dearest is buying my dress)
Made £30 on ebay today! :j:j:j:j SO....
£70 bday money + £30 ebay + £82 tax credit refund + £30 overpayment left of this month = £212. So nearly covers card. Though would love my littlewoods to come down to £234! mmmmmm will have to decide!Orange Fairy

Thanks MM!
Right i have looked at my APR's and my littlewoods is 39.7% and Cap1 is 34%. So i should still throw my money at littlewoods. However the last £142 of littlewoods is buy now bay jan 11. So really i need to pay £304 of littlewoods and then throw money at Cap1. Thinking of checking if i can get a cc with my bank on a lower APR to save some money.
I hate that now we have more debt. I know it is the wedding but still annoying! We have another £320 to pay in July to complete the deposit - i am hoping MIL and FIL will help with that!
Right back to work!
Cycled 5 miles before work this morning so i am really pleased! Also got another £10 birthday money! :j:j:j:j:jOrange Fairy
