Hi guys.

If you are having problems getting your points, phone them up and tell them.

i did this a while back and the 3000 points (as it was then) were put on in the next statement. All you have to do is tell them where you got the information from (IE their website or a specific link)

I have just applied thru Quidco and taken a screen shot of the application page that states you get the 5000 points when you spend within the first three months. Fingers crossed both come through!
