There, fixed your little mistake :rotfl:Hi, just thought I would drop my comments in here about the phone!
I currently work for a College and I get to play with some nice kit and we recieved an N900 about 6 weeks ago and here are my thoughts:
Charge socket is in the wrong place (on the top)
Battery life is very, very poor
The OS is still not developed (and will it ever be?) properly for domestic use
Ovi maps is awful (update due 2nd Qtr)
Resistive screen is poor, but not as poor as some
Video is great
Photos good, but a bit 'bright'
Multitasking rocks on it (had 12 running at once)
To sum up - buy an Android handset!0 -
Not even in the same market as the N900. N8 will run the closed source sybian3 where N900 is a open source Maemo (Lunix) device. Maemo is more a mini PC in your pocket.
And here I was thinking all I needed was a phone :rotfl:"Six by nine. Forty two." "That's it. That's all there is."

Well in that case what was the basis of your comment that the N8 will blow the N900 "out the water"? Dosnt seem a very sensible comment to make if you dont understand the technology behind each of the phones. If you just need a phone neither are really suitable.0 -

I do understand the technology, thankyou, even though I am just a mere female
just think that the main features will appeal to the masses more! ie 12m camera and capacitive screen! Where's your sense of humour LOL "Six by nine. Forty two." "That's it. That's all there is."
