TBF WW2 ended a long time before the reparations had finished!
I thought *technically* we were out of recession? (I'm not really keeping up ATM)...for now at least?
I always thought economy would have covered it really.....it covers every scenario and means they don't have to keep chopping and changing....0 -

On the streets I walk down I would say absolutely, it's over....still a bit of catching up in places, but, on the whole, over.
Of course it all depends what street you are on but I do London, Brighton, Leicester and 2 places up north and, although it's just personal anecdotal....things seem to be ticking over OK.0
