Hello all
went into boots for some 'ladies' items and got a £5 voucher so bought some top coat nail varnish for £1.75. Spends so far this year are £17.45 which I am really pleased with.
Also used up yet another small tube of P&P serum so another £1 to add to the pot.
DS is nearly finished his bubble bath, then onto the matey.
hugs for those who are being affected by this air embargo. Its such a shame the Xmas holidays were plagued by snow, the Easter holidays by volcanic ash - what's going to happen in the summer - a plague of locusts????:eek:0 -
Hi everybody
Ran out of cosmetic pads so had to go to boots , bought the boots 3 for £3 cosmetic pads as they are an essential for me to remove nail polish, eyemakeup and cleansing but hubby paid so no spend for me.
I've been doing well on not spending this month but have placed a small boots online order today
clarins chic&glam makeup giftsets in black and gold with a free 30ml beauty flash balm .Totol £24 plus 1000points :)Partially paid by paypal funds.
I can justify this as I really wanted to try the beauty flash balm, will keep one set and ebay or gift the other.I can spend the points in nappies and baby bits.Love can tame the wildest0 -

Bath bomb? More like a bath whimper! Hopeless!!!
OH has come home with a £5 No 7 voucher for me - desperately need blusher/bronzer so will come in handy. Just a teeny weeny spend planned.....0 -
Evening all! Just had a bath, used up a mini dermabration tube from No7 WIBA no I don't think so, didn't do much except scratch?
benefit bum deal exfoliator WIBA probably, I really like the effect this gives (thighs more smooththumbs up in my book!) but there are other cheaper products that do the same job so depends on my £ limit at the time
Palmolive natural body wash (blue bottle) WIBA yes this was lovely and didn't aggravate my sisters skin (v. sensitive) as doesn't contain sodium laureth sulphate, or not in affectable quantitives. It also smelt very fresh, like soap IYSWIM
and now I'm off to finish up a Body Shop brazil nut body butter WIBA YES!!!!!

The splutter stage excellent :rotfl:
I actually have some use-ups to report at last (nothing for ages, and then a few all at once ... a bit like buses!):
Sensodyne Pronamel gentle whitening toothpaste - WIBA? Yes its my must-have.
No7 Younger Longer hand cream (finally finished after cutting the tube open) - this was a small size, probably from a No7 GWP. WIBA? No, I didn't like the fragrance too much and I have other I like more.
Smiley body gel - small tube from a gift set. WIBA? Yes definately, I love everything in that fragrance.
Sanctuary Body Milk Spray - travel size. WIBA? No, I didn't like the texture too much although the fragrance was nice. It was light but didn't smooth over my skin easily (however it was opened last summer and it wasn't quite as I remembered).
Biore Pore Unclogging facial scrub - WIBA? Yes, I really liked this product - lovely fragrance and just the right amount of scrubbiness for my skin (which is a bit on the sensitive side so I have to be careful).
The top-up fairy visits my house at night too, to top-up my never-ending eye gel, but I should have a Sanctuary facial wash finishing soon, so then I will be able to choose a new one from my stash - yay
I can't believe that I have got to the 22nd of the month and the only thing I have bought is one bottle of mouthwash! Keep going everyone on this thread - we're doing really well! :T
Bye for now
Love from Candice xx0 -
It's mad isn't it how long we can get through the month without needing to buy any more stuff!
I'm kind of scared about how long the 50ml tub of P&P night cream will last when I open it? I'm still using the 15ml tub I opened at christmas and I only finished the serum a couple of days ago!
I might write the date opened on my new tube of serum so I can see how long it actually lasts for. That way I would know how much to stock up when it's on 3 for 2 etc.
ETA: lovely hubby finished off the shampoo! 8 left to go....Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0
