Thanks very much, I'm hoping it's automated but just know it's on the way makes me feel a lot better, I've kept my buyers informed and so hopefully the feedback and DSR's won't be as bad as they might...!

Also had this back literally a few mins ago after contacting them through twitter:

Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Thank you for contacting PayPal, my name is Michelle and I am with
PayPal's Executive Escalations. I sincerely apologise for the
frustration this matter has caused. I have reviewed your Account and
would like to offer the following information in response to your
enquiry.

You attempted to withdraw XXXXX GBP via a Quick Withdrawal and paid a
£5.00 GBP fee to withdraw the funds via that method. Due to an issue
with this type of bank transfer this withdraw was pending from 30 March
2010 to 2 April 2010.

We deeply regret the obvious inconvenience this situation has created.
We are crediting back the £5.00 GBP fee you paid for the withdrawal. You
should see the funds in your bank account within the next one to two
days.

Again, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this situation has
caused. Please feel free to contact me directly at xxx@paypal.com if
you have any further questions or concerns.

Sincerely,
Michelle

The 'issue' interests me, wonder what it is. Also it appears the higher you go the better the customer service is with Paypal.

i had to read that twice then to make sure there wasnt something at the bottom from paypal saying they were gonna charge you another £5 to have your £5 creditied back in 1 - 2 days.
