    Yesterday was the Council! Eventually got p'd off and emailed the Chief Exec.........phone call today from a lackey, result is that DDs parking Ticket will be cancelled:D

    Today its HMRC........do they have telephones? the ID, Password and 'Gateway' Activation Code dont work!!!!....'go online' it says..........erm, how? if your Activation Code doesnt work and it also doesnt recognise the User ID.

    ....and for their info....YES, I AM EXPERIENCING A ****ING DELAY!!!!!!

    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Next development......HMRC 'Sorry, we cant give YOU information. If you give US information ( such as your Unique Tax Ref ) WE can confirm if its right or wrong'....!!!!!!!

    Then he says, 'I cant help you on this number, I'll give you the number of the Electronic Business Unit'.....ME, 'Thank you'.........IT WAS THE SAME NUMBER AS I'D PHONED HIM ON ....GIT!

    File DDs Tax Return for 2008/9. All its got on it is four figures for her Self Employment and details of the Employer she was with for part of the Year.
    They've sent her a Fine, but she'll be due a refund.
    I'd send it in paper form but it'll take aaaages to be looked at as its late.
