The first person I spoke to tried to convince me that I should just try it for awhile as basing my decision on the reviews was a bad idea. I pointed out that if I put my SIM in the phone I would be deemed to have accepted it! She didnt seemed to know about this and claimed I was incorrect in the end I had to force it and she then told me I had to go through to exchanges.
The next guy could have talked the hind legs off a donkey!! In the end he convinced me to take a Nokia X6 BUT said he couldnt offer me it at any less than £23 a month (including VAT) on 500 cross minutes. It is better than whats advertised on the website but I have still to look up the reviews yet ... He claimed it was a good competitor for the HTC Hero as I was pushing for that but said that was only available if I would pay £150 towards the handset!
The website says the HTC is available at £25 - really confused. I just want a phone that isnt going to age to fast over the next 18 month and will do at least a fancy things (unlike my current skype).

The Skypephone wasn't particulary good even when it came out was it? (I'm sure it does what it says well, I mean technologically advanced). I'd guess any decent high-end phone would age ok over the next 18 months.0 -
I have a Samsung Tocco Lite on 02 PAYG and I have never had any problems with it, I love it. Had it 8 months now. The only problem I have is, this morning, I deleted one of my photo folders by mistake. Does anyone know of a way I can retrieve the photos? The pics were taken of my beloved cat on Xmas Eve morning, she passed away later that day and I would hate to think I have lost the photos forever. I was told I could get them back by connecting my phone to my pc, going to media manager and then looking at the internal memory device, but, it doesnt work. It finds all my photos except for the folder I deleted by mistake this morn0
