    1. I have been extremely considerate of my vendors, and have done everything I can to help them,
    2. Survey was done within 3 days of lease problem being sorted
    3. family friend for conveyencer, who has been fab, its the sellers sols that cant get the paperwork sorted in time
    5 see above
    6 older house, needs some work, of course, i had already budgetted for almost everything the survey found
    7 exchanged today!
    8. mortgage was sorted quickly
    9, completion date is to suit vendor and is actually not great for me at all but obviouslt all FTB's are selfish, so am I lying????
    10. no chain on either end

    I think i have done as much as I can to help my vendors, have made myself aware of every step and managed to cause no delays even when doing all this as a FTB on the wrong side of the Atlantic!

    No, actually.
    Sellers OR Buyers who have no idea of the current, realistic value of something are a big pain however.
    If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything
