Get a friend to do the mystery shopping. That way you don't end up in amess when you are asked for details and the Agent decides not to deal with you or something. Just get friend to ask for houses in an area with a spec which matches yours.lol rang ea last week as we realised that house was not coming up on site when search was put in. think doing mystery shopper would be a good idea might try that tomorrow. what questions should i be asking? if i wasnt tied into contract i would be away to another ea which i will be doing afetr 3mths contract up?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
