Just joined orange (mobile and b/band) and so far, found their service okay.

After ordering b/b (£9 pm - as I have mobile account too) was told they would SMS when set up. They didn't so when I called, they apologised, as my new mobile number had not been recorded. Told me b/band was now active and to my surprise, Indian call centre guy rang me back and said they would give me 1 month free b/b - I hadn't prompetd this.

To my mind, this is good customer service though like most companies, I realise my experience will not always be as good (but I hope so).

I too had problems with email earlier today - I could get in using web-mail but the pages were not formatting correctly. I emailed their support service but have since tried again and is now okay.

I use googlemail for day-to-day use and only go onto orangemail for account messages etc.

I use Orange for my main email account. I've not noticed any problems today (Tuesday).

I long since gave up trying to use their webmail tool though. It rarely seemed to work properly or I just couldn't get access to it.

Not a great advert for a telecommunications company.
