no there has definately only £159 came out of my bank, i couldn't afford it to be £1599!
do you think one'll turn up?

as i'm always told, hope for the worst and if it's better be grateful.

Anybody got a refund yet?

5th working day and no refund for me yet.

MY GOD!! Been on the phone for an hour trying to sort out my refund!!

Its the 5th working day today and no refund. Debenhams said they refunded on the 30th and to ring my bank as they must be holding it up.

Ring my bank, after 10 minutes of them saying there was no trace of the £159 or its transaction and the CS rep telling us that it must have either gone back in OR never gone out and there is nothing they can do (GRRRRRR) We asked to speak to a supervisor and MAGICALLY she found the transaction and said Debenhams had not requested a refund. Shes said the pending request expires at midnight anyway so it should go back in at 12am as Debenhams having done anything with it.

Rang Debenhams back up to and asked why they lied and got told they had refunded it. And as it was expiring tonight what was the problem? What?!!!

Bunch of bloody jokers!!!
