Why can't I joke about those then? Please tell me exactly why? I have had a terrible few years with my family suffering. One of my brothers has had one of his kidneys removed only for his cancer to return and him go back for extremely invasive surgery (they cut him open from groin to chest and opened him up like a book!) the other has a rare form of cancer - a brain tumour in fact, which only through getting him into the best clinic in the world (which fortunately is only up the road on Harley Street) has he any chance of living a normal life... 6 months ago he came to see me to tell me he has 6 - 12 months to live - can you imagine how upsetting that was? These have been the worst months of my life actually. I think if anyone is qualified to joke about this it's me & my family, so don't give me that, and get on your high-horse about what's right and wrong, and be the "saint" here... I'm sure you've probably laughed and joked about something which you're absolutely not entitled to in your past.

Bottom line is - you can do one if you're attempting to judge me you chump!
