Way too late for this, LOL, but wanted to clear up a common misconception that Debenahms would have your money right away if you pay by card online as no-one seems to know how it works.

I'd guess it takes them a week to get 'your money' but the reason it does not come back to you right away when you do a refund is because the Merchant Bank (nothing to do with Debs Business Account) is making interest on it before releasing the funds back to your card.

That being said, you are all lucky that Debs did not try and take the full £2k plus, they are the worst online shop I have ever used and regularly overcharge and it's a fight toget a refund.

As for the hallway- I live in a loft apartment in central London - we generally don't have hallways as it goes.

Great joke - my mother has Osteoporosis and also had two vertebral fusion surgery last year - can hardly move from her arm-chair as it happens.

My dad is fit as anything though, but has never been skiing in his life.

I tend to go to my place in Meribel each winter, but came home early despite great the great snow we had this season.. (I usually come back to Uk in March, but cut it short for a wedding :wave: )
