Anyone managed to pick up any burger shops in the last few days? I have tried to accept a breakfast one for tomorrwo but it has been rejected. I have tried to do the recertification but it says I have already done it:huh:
I also got a really quick response when I emailed to change an assignment date.
I'm a mess today. Responded to wrong question. My answer is regarding the GR contact question from Pink Princess 39

    Hi

roughly how long did each shop take?
I'm trying to plan my day!

    Thanks :)
I spent an average of 6 minutes in discussion with sales assistant. Three of them I got served immediately, one I had to queue for about 8 minutes to get served. Reports varied a bit dependant on responses - some jump quite a few questions but again average 10 minutes per report. A good do all round, don't you think
  • Hello Irish Shoppers

If all of you in Ireland are lucky enought to have another day off, could you please go to the cinema and take the jobs off the ESA website for us. :D

Well said that lady :D :rotfl:

I had lightening fast responses from them by email this morning...

They'd cancelled one supermarket because I was late with results :o stupidly thought that it wouldn't matter because of the bank holiday weekend and I could enjoy a few glasses of wine for a change :)

Other supermarket was booked for Easter Sunday so cancelled itself this morning, didn't do the visit because it was shut!

Got both added back to my account this morning, entered the results for the first and have a new date for the second. I'm really REALLY impressed with them today :) was surprised the supermarkets weren't picked up by another shopper to be honest as they usually go really quickly around here.

There again I've been calling MS companies to sort problems out since 7.30am today so maybe I just got in quick :D

Okay, I'm bored and fed up now. Where are all the jobs? Come on ESA, GfK and Abai, we're waiting with our fastest fingers!

Have you tried to do the "practice" test? For some strange reason, this is actually the new test, I think.

wondering if somebody could help. Accepted my first job with Gap, drove there, thought it was strange that the shop had changed name but thought I had better complete the shop. Have confirmed that the shop had changed from one food shop to another (asked a taxi driver). What do I do now, can not find a number for Gap, will they reimburse me?

    thanks everybody.
No Matter what you do there will be critics.

You can't ring them - best to send a message via their site, there will be a Contact Us option. Explain what happened and that you visited in good faith and are now out of pocket. They may pay a partial fee to compensate for your time etc.

Probably a good idea to reschedule the job to the latest date available as it will take them a few days to reply to your email and in that time they will deallocate the job from your list (if you leave the date as today - since you won't be able to complete the report within the required 8 hours and therefore the system will automatically deallocate the job)), and then you'll have a harder time getting any money out of them.
