I can see 5 of the posh department store lunches around mostly north of England, and I posted the posh make up.......Glasgow and somewhere else, can't remember where.

    North/south divide strikes back lol.

There's a lot more dept store cafes showing now. Just got my lunch sorted for tomorrow.:)

Though in the time it took me to write the above, it has gone from several pages to just two. There's hungry MSers out there.

I can't see any of these... Wondering if maybe I'm too young for them :(

I always search nationally on this site. I'm sure there were about 5/6 pages showing when I booked my visit. Certainly it was on page 3 and there were more pages after 3 that I never checked. They've gone that quickly that it makes me wonder if it's the company that's cancelled some visits rather than them being booked?

Well, given that you've had to find it from a foreign country's website, AND that all the people that I deal with in NI are all working (I've just had a ring around), it seems that if it is a Bank Holiday over there, it's not very widely observed.

But hey, if it's a Bank Holiday, then I apologise for doubting you, but I hope you understand why I did?!

Seems the jurys out on the exact reason - people working for English companies over here get Friday and Monday but I would say the majority of companies here observe the Monday/Tuesday holiday due to the Orange Order marching on Easter Tuesday....so maybe your contacts either work for English companies....or are catholic. Hope that clarifies the reasons a bit....and shows I wasn't trying to invent a day off :rotfl:

I've done something a bit stupid and without thinking the pizza job I have booked in is during school holidays. So it will be dh, our 2 year old and 10 year old and me.

We usually do them with the 2 year old and just take her own drink in one of her beakers. Now I think food wise it will be enough between 4 of us as if I get a lage pizza 2 salad bowls and a starter that will be enough. But it is the drinks thing I can't work out, will it look a bit strange for a 10 year old to take their own drink?

I know she is going to moan as she will want to have her own salad, and having an extra salad bowl won't affect the service time, but I don't want to do anything so I won't get paid. We are obviously a family so it is going to look a bit odd if I was to ask to pay for one person seperately.

I went with Dh and our 2 children, I ordered a large pizza, salad bowl, garlic bread and soft drinks. It says you can be 4 people but anything other than the food required in the brief must be paid for seperatly. I ordered 2 kids fruit shoots and 2 icecreams BUT at the end asked them to split the bill and pay for the kids drinks and ice creams on their own. My local pizza shop are happy to do this as I've done it before on a non MS. All 4 of us were fed adequately and I only had to pay a little extra. Kids had a good time that's what counts.

Thanks for this, going to be near one of my favourite shops when we go there, Ikea, there are some kitchen bits I need from there so good day. If anybody knows if Ikea is mystery shopped could they pm me the company.

Also if anybodys knows if Brewers Fayre or Harvesters gets mystery shopped I would love to know, we take the kids there quite often. Not that I should really be doing any food msing, specially the pizza ones, I have just started back at slimming world.

Now to decide what to do today, do I start delivering Lidl leaflets so I can get them done over 2 days, but potentially miss any jobs that are released today, or do I stay in today and hope to pick up some jobs and get all 598 delivered tomorrow.
