i think it says this for everyone. from my own exp and what others have said on here you need to do the practice test which appears to be the real one. if you open the notes 1st then it will let you do the practice test. the site says everyone must redo it and i got an email saying results would be rejected for april jobs if i didnt

if gyp sorted the test out properly there would be no confusion! :mad:

Can't accept them as no dates are showing up for the jobs to be done on!

I wonder if they have some sort of internal policy where by the staff can only pick up what the shoppers don't....so they upload the phone calls (ie easy jobs!) that are impossible to accept so they can then say ...'Well, we did offer them...' !

I didn't get any email so guess I just guessed correctly then..:)
