Hi guys
Just thought I'd let you know I've managed to submit my report for todays burger job to GAP with no problems, despite being unable to recomplete the orientation test. I'll let you know if I hear otherwise from them.
The assignment was in my local burger store today and I was in fits of laughter at the floor show as they obviously thought the poor woman sitting beside me was the mystery shopper in store and hounded her with questions of if she was enjoying her food, was everything ok and did she want a balloon (she was in her 40's)! :rotfl:She eventually got fed up of this and left the store :rotfl::rotfl:
Got my results back ok yesterday...with no retest...mine is greyed out too!
Did a drive thru while OH went in thru the front door! All went as expected until I asked for the receipt. OH said 3 of em were on my order and lookin for me to drive forward...at this point the car in front had forgotten their straws and instead of driving off, got out of the car to get them. OH said there was such a panic behind the window with the manager saying "OMG, What does he want...get rid of him!" He reckoned they were like meercats turning their heads to the left, then right, then left again. lol. As I approached he heard the manager telling the staff members "Remember be polite and don`t forget to smile."0 -

All I can do is check next time I apply for a job (or get pushed into doing one) that the actual test still shows as completed. I don't really want to cram in a rush job and then find that I have to do the real certification test before I can submit the results.
I see that at least one of you (Linz81, see above) is burgering today. Can you please post feedback on the validity of your test status when you come to report the job?
Many thanks!
Hi Proshopper,
Last year I failed the burger test. Last week on Miss Qwerty's advice on here, I gave the practice test a go. Failed on my first attempt and was told I only had one try left, despite the practice test allowing you numerous goes. Passed on my second attempt and can now do the burger jobs. So yes, I think the practice test is actually the real one!0 -
Has anyone completed a Helion report yet? I did a visit today to a supermarket Phone Shop. I don't seem to be able to upload photo and questions 9 - 15 inc. were missing. Real pain as I'm sure Max won't be working today. Anyone out there able to help.0

I've not done those jobs, but you need to take the client name out of the post ASAP.
Helion have had a few teething problems as they're new and all so I expect they wont be jumping on you for having to wait for the report. Give them a ring first thing Tuesday morning. I had a small problem with my phonecall jobs a few weeks back and Max sorted it all out in the end.0 -
I only did it again! Had a ms visit to a clothes shop this morning and only bought a top which I tried on which I'm going to keep! I have the choice to return it for a refund but I can't do it! It's mine! Worse thing is, I only tried it on for a laugh and because I had to assess the changing room. Actually tried it on and it looked lush!
Just had the one shop shop this morning and off to the cinema tonight.0 -

I always do that. I swear thats why they make the reimbursement less than the cheapest clothes there, so they can make a profit. They say that you can take it back, but they know you wont!
Just ordered my pizza, got my bottle of wine and Dr Who starts in 50 minutes. That's me sorted for the evening.0 -

I have completed my first report today - on the first attempt, I pressed save and it 'all' disappeared  I had to re-write the report.
A point to remember: save the report into a word doc, before pressing 'save'.0 -
