There were loads of pharmacy jobs on RA beginning of week so I managed to get 15 Pharmacies. These were the ideal job and RE should learn a lot from this company. The brief was concise and the report was perfect. Not a massive fee but certainly in line with what the job required.
I did 2 of the Pharmacy jobs this week and they were so easy, as were the reports. I would happily have done 15 of them, even though they are a relatively low fee, but unfortunately there were only 2 left in my area when I looked.

I take it you won't be able to complain of a headache or backache for a while then with 15 packets of Nurofen (or whatever substitute they recommended) lol.

P.S. I also have the Curve and I love it. The only thing I've found is that I keep dropping it because it's so big so it's looking a bit battered at the moment.

Sorry squidg, yes they were the Jewellery. Good assignments these are and reports nice and straight forward so don't let me put you off. This is a reputable company chuck :)

My experience is if the job doesn't go as per the brief due to a very rude and unhelpful staff member, the shopper will not get paid. Hence I don't work for them anymore.
I've only got 1 today, pizza delivery, which will be timed just perfectly to coincide with the new Dr Who. (I know. I'm a 30 yr old geek, I can't help it. ;))

Set the Sky box to tape it and going to watch it with my boys after the little one has gone to bed :D

Having a weekend off MS work and enjoying it. Got loads of cleaning done this morning. A cream hallway and two muddy border collies is not a good mix :o
Here I go again on my own....

I got the Curve....wow, I love this :j I didn't think the qwerty keyboard would be big enough but it's excellent. I thought I'd be pressing two keys but I'm not...:D

Is it the 8520 Curve? That is what I was going to go for and I think I wish I had now!

I originally wanted the Nokia then saw an in-store demo of the Curve and instantly fell in love :smileyhea. Alas, i couldn't get my hands on one with the package deal i wanted. Discovered the 'berry 9700 and we are now happily engaged :rotfl: Tee-hee, i've just received my 1st ever 'push email' :D :j :T. Is it currrazeee to be this madly in love with an inanimate object? :o.

Thought my fingers would be too 'sausagey' for the keypad, MrShopper but it's dead easy to use :D. And its got GPS, no more getting lost looking for a bloomin store :p.

I wish I had gone for it - very jealous. The Nokia is great and looks fab but it's a bit fiddly with the keyboard underneath so makes texting difficult when you only have one hand (as I often do!)
I can't use internet or emails til the 10th April when next months contrcat kicks in.

I don't hear anything from the company that do the crisp jobs, not seen anything on AbAi and I now have 6 clients, nothing anywhere else (I saw the pharmacies on RA but they were all your way) I didn't get anything from AA and there's not even anything on RE that I can do!

Ooooooooooooo get me having a moan! :rotfl:

I'll keep an eye out on ESA and hope I manage to get something! :)

    Hi Glam...

You are not alone:eek: I have very little on as well but since half term I'm not too worried at the moment. I am hoping that once my children return to school for the new term that there will be lots of work and so getting the house up to date, paperwork up to date and spreadsheets ready for the massive rush of jobs at the end of the month:rotfl::rotfl:

    ...thinking positive..:)

I've done something a bit stupid and without thinking the pizza job I have booked in is during school holidays. So it will be dh, our 2 year old and 10 year old and me.

We usually do them with the 2 year old and just take her own drink in one of her beakers. Now I think food wise it will be enough between 4 of us as if I get a lage pizza 2 salad bowls and a starter that will be enough. But it is the drinks thing I can't work out, will it look a bit strange for a 10 year old to take their own drink?

I know she is going to moan as she will want to have her own salad, and having an extra salad bowl won't affect the service time, but I don't want to do anything so I won't get paid. We are obviously a family so it is going to look a bit odd if I was to ask to pay for one person seperately.

I went with Dh and our 2 children, I ordered a large pizza, salad bowl, garlic bread and soft drinks. It says you can be 4 people but anything other than the food required in the brief must be paid for seperatly. I ordered 2 kids fruit shoots and 2 icecreams BUT at the end asked them to split the bill and pay for the kids drinks and ice creams on their own. My local pizza shop are happy to do this as I've done it before on a non MS. All 4 of us were fed adequately and I only had to pay a little extra. Kids had a good time that's what counts.

Me too :( it is slow at the minute but I think that's due to me doing a lot of work last month for clients that I can't shop for this month as i'm not eligible. As it's half term we have a lot of family days planned as well as a weeks holiday. So it's probably for the best anyway as I'd be gutted to see all these jobs that I could do but couldn't IYKWIM.

Don't worry it's only less than 2 weeks!

    Hi guys
Just thought I'd let you know I've managed to submit my report for todays burger job to GAP with no problems, despite being unable to recomplete the orientation test. I'll let you know if I hear otherwise from them.
The assignment was in my local burger store today and I was in fits of laughter at the floor show as they obviously thought the poor woman sitting beside me was the mystery shopper in store and hounded her with questions of if she was enjoying her food, was everything ok and did she want a balloon (she was in her 40's)! :rotfl:She eventually got fed up of this and left the store :rotfl::rotfl:

I have the 8520 and it was love at first site :D Im not gadgety at all (unlike DH who always has the latest toy) but I have genuine feelings for my 'dingle'berry and experience mild panic attacks at the thought of losing it! _pale_
On a practical level is makes my MS-life so much easier!

Have fun getting to know each other properly  :rotfl:t

Well I didn't do any of my crisp jobs...took one look at the car park n thought s0d that! Do people know something I don't? I mean the shops are only closed for one day aren't they? Madness! its nearly as bad as christmas!

Got some bargains in the curvy store. Dressing gown £7 :D also seen shoes with heels for £5 a pair.....I don't 'do' heels but I rang my mate while I was there and told her there were pairs of shoes for a fiver and did she want me to pick some up? I asked did she want the suede or the snakeskin ones...she said if they are £5 why are you even making me to choose?? buy them both and i'll give you the money when you get in! Bonus is if I do need heels for anything we're the same shoe size...;)
