Poor show from Helion..... I applied for 30 visits last Saturday/Sunday, all within a 30 mile radius of where I live, as I am off work today, Sat, Sun and Mon.

So far none of them have been assigned, I've PM'd Max and so far no reply. Have the Scottish visits been neglected or are they the ones "kept in reserve" as the website suggests?

So I'm sitting here twiddling my thumbs when I could be out earning some money.

Not a great start from a company that promised to treat its shoppers as "real people".

Can I suggest an email rather than PM ? I would think he'd be a bit busy to be reading through the reams of stuff on here to even look at this site and check PMs. I have had Scottish visits allocated.

    Will do.

But shouldn't really have to nudge them along. I know it's a new operation and all, but I believe Max isn't new to this game!

That's true but he did post earlier in the week and ask those from the forum to ring him so he could allocate to us. Good Luck - I've got 5 to do next week and the scenarios and reports appear very straightforward for the fee. They also pay sterling to UK shoppers so no bank charges to worry about :D

I think there were tons of jobs to apply for but they dont all need doing. If you ring Max you should get allocated a cluster but I wouldn't expect a huge amount. I got 1/3 of what I applied for but I am happy as it's 6 more shops than I had on Monday :)

Didn't the reimbursement used to be a little bit higher for the family visits?

Not sure, but we didn't go over the reimbursement last time so I'm quite happy with the reimbursement - the kids love it there, it will make their Easter!
