There is a job on ABAi that I can do, but can't do it until Wednesday. If I was to book it now is it generally OK if I then contact the rep on Monday and ask for it to be moved to Wednesday do you think? I don't think it will still be around by Monday!
They are usually happy to extend the deadline so long as the end of the wave isnt before the date you want to do it. So yes, accept it, then email or call them Monday and ask to extend.

Well, ever since I joined the Mystery shopping thread on here 3 years ago, people have been saying "Don't phone Gap, they don't like it, you'll get the sack." I was only repeating what I've been told myself.

You're obviously so very valuable to them that they don't mind you phoning them.

Well, I've told you that I've phoned GAP many times, for various reasons very similar to the other poster's. Go and repeat that eh?

I am a new MS and have completed 3 shops for TNS, I now feel that I have got the hang of it and I'm looking to try shopping for other companies. Are they all very similar to working for TNS or should I aim for certain ones that may have easier jobs for a newbie? Are some only suitable for very experienced shoppers?

I found Grassroots and Retail Eyes quite easy when I started. Grassroots' fees are better than RE but Grassroots seems to have less jobs, well, they do in my area lol

Totally agree. You go in to ask about an item worth a couple-of-hundred quid if not more and then go "OK well thanks, I don't want it really, but while I'm here, I really do need just one cheap pillowcase" ..... more and more bs are getting ridiculous like this nowadays.
