    hi there,

I have recently registered with most of the MS shops listed, and so far have been accepted by nearly all. However, I am not seeing hardly any of the jobs being reported on here?

I live in the kent area, but even when searching on other areas I cannot see these jobs???

    Can anyone advise please?

    Thanks

Welcome Sally. I had this problem at the beginning too. Sometimes it is just because the jobs have all been taken and by this time in the month that is usually the case. the best idea is just keep checking on a regular basis and apply as quick as you can for everything that you want to do - There are a lot of fast trigger fingers around :)

Thanks wiimee, I am trying, and have been checking literally seconds after they are being posted, and there is nothing even remotely near me, let alone showing on other areas :(

I guess i'll have to keep trying.. thanks again :)
  • Damn, missed out on the petrol again! Haven't done any Abai jobs for ages now and not for the want of trying!

Could somebody tell me why the Tern contact lens enquiry visits are called 'written visits' please? Also, why do you only qualify for them if you don't have a current prescription? I am finding it really confusing as on the briefing notes it indicates that it's ok if you already wear contacts or varifocals, but just don't wear them on the day!

This is my first job for Tern btw, so sorry if I'm sounding a bit thick :o.

I emailed them pretty much what you have just said as i was confused to. Have not recieved a reply

Not that it matters now as all the ones in my area have since been assigned
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Not been on here for a while!! Just got an interesting email from GfK re pricing audits - anyone else? Unfortunately my local store not on there, and the time slot just happens to be when I'm at work. Looks like someone else has lost the contract... (sorry to be so cryptic but hopefully some of you will understand!).

I think its Written as opposed to the Video visits.

They like non spec wearers experiences as well as regular wearers. When jobs first go up they specify. As the month progresses they let wearers do them but under the pretence of not....IYSWIM.

I got the same email. I thought the pay was pretty poor actually for what you have to do. Also the results need to be entered by 2pm on the same day, so unless you've got mobile internet you can't really get much else done, and for the fee they're offering I would need to combine it with at least 1 other job to make it worthwhile.
