How annoying is this - got email saying more jobs on GfK, so had a look and yes, there's lots of cars and a good fee. Got all excited, about to apply and realised your car must be under 5 years old - we've got 2 old bangers so can't do - no fair! Seems I'm either too old, too tall, drive too old a car .... I could go on!

Jobs I did earlier went well so that's good news anyhow.

Does anybody do any work for Catalyst? I did my first job for them in March and was expecting to recieve payment at the end of April.

I know they pay by cheque so I didn't want to email them yet as the 5th of the month might still be a bit early for it to have arrived by.

I'm obviously too young as I don't even see them! For once I do have a car under 5 years old too (god bless the scrappage scheme).

I received my cheque last week for March jobs

As title says - I can see one overnight stay at a pub on RE. Not worth posting on the alerts thread! It may be a released job which I didin't see first time round.

They usually pay at the end of the month following the job so for a March job yes, you should have been paid by now.

They were late last month, I emailed Ailish about it and received a cheque the next day. So do contact them!


On another note ... has anyone else been paid for ABA department store restaurants by BACS?

yup i have got a extra before for a 30 mile trip

Yes! I once got 4 times the original fee. It was very urgent, had to be done within the hour. They rang me up and offered me this astronomical fee so I accepted straight away. They seem to be quite flexible and if they're desperate they pay up. Doesn't happen often though.
