Hello, I need some help, I did a pizza job for RE which involved a recorded call, I cannot see where to go and complete the report, but the MP3 file has not been imported yet. Ive had an email stating that it has to be done by 11am. Please help

I think it will come above the minimum spend - hot drinks are about £2 in there and paninis are over £3. Their soup is delicious.

gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa what has happened to the audit form :eek: it is not in usual format and it is 3 pages wide :mad: i cant use exel properly and dont know how to fix it

It says visits must be done between x and y however wherever possible please try to visit on y.

I did my pizza job at 9pm one night but the MP3 wasn't uploaded until the following morning, I then had until 11am the day after that to do the questionnaire.

Thanks for your response Glamazon, I was expecting it to be there this morning but just checked again and its still not been imported. So at the moment I cannot do the report. Just noticed that my status is inactive, this is my first assignment any ideas anyone??

your status should either say probationary until your 1st job has gone ok and gone through or active. If it says inactive then I suggest you get in touch with them asap

Ive sent an email, I guess there is nothing more I can do...!!!!!! thats the fee down the drain..

agree with pink - my status went from probationary to active so not sure why its gone to inactive. Give them a call tomorrow or email the person on the briefm

Overt or covert?

Generally (for covert) I will delete the generic columns. Highlight the whole thing and right click, format cells, "wrap text" so you can make the columns narrower without but the cells get bigger lengthways as the text goes onto new lines.

You can also change it to fit a certain number of pages. I'm running a mac so can't remember exactly where you do this, but it says something like "fit to x pages wide".
