Everyone on here doing these banks should leave a Banana. Can you imagine the Internal Emails that would fly around the branches, when the plague of Bananas hits across the country!
  • Anyone got a tissue for Monkey???

Sorted, some tiny little stars showed errors. not that it said that. just didn't seem like the button was working. and the stars were to indicate comments not made on questions i marked N/A

no, never got an email back. going to complete the questionnaire and call them first thing in the morning.

Thats my second this week. monday it took 4 mins (was not interested in explaining cheques to me)

Today took only......1:52 lol (had my phone times on)

my god, i hope tomorrows bank goes just as well. maybe have time to bob into new look and spend my birthday vouchers (not that there is anything i want when i have vouchers lol)

My they are quick I have done a few of these now and never done in less than 20 minutes - one was excellent and I really wanted to open an account - the rest really thorough and doing what they were expected to do - different areas of the country have different training and maybe different standards? Sounds strange but I find City branches less likely to try to gain business than more rural branches - this is my own experience of course but they really seem to want the business in smaller branches - closures looming perhaps?

Monday was the smallest branch i have ever been to. my local and only opens 9.30 - 3.00. the women serving came from a desk and i think she wanted to get back to what she was doing.

today she just handed me a leaflet and sent me on my way because i didn't have the right forms of identity to open an account then and there.

Swings and roundabouts. it will come back when i spend 2 hours somewhere for £5 lol

I think it has more to do with the branch manager's bonus :rotfl:
