Just got this email about the March jobs I did for Helion. I also got a separate email with a march pay statement!"

    Hello xxxxx,
I would like to apologize for a delay in your March payment this week.
We normally pay your shops around the 20th of the month following your evaluation date.
For your information we are implementing a new payment system to process payments quicker. Soon you will also be able to download your payment statement from your profile.
Many thanks for your understanding and for working with us!
    Kind regards,
    Ernst Aben
    Managing Partner

I got this e-mail, but not my March pay statement. Anyone else get one?

I am not expecting a payment from helion but surely payday is not the time to implement a new system. It sounds a bit suspicious to me

Yes ... a NEW system when they haven't even paid anyone before? I really hope I'm wrong, for the sake of people who HAVE completed jobs for Helion, but it all seems a bit suspect to me!! That complicated website, the time taken to build it and do the training bit - and they can't get the payment bit right?

I'm glad I didn't do any work for them.

And on another note ... call the Guinness Book of Records, someone ... a job on RE has been passed within 20 minutes of submitting it!!! :T:T:T:T:T

  • Grr. Does anyone else hate the Verification question on GFK for some of the bank jobs where they ask you to write something to prove that your feedback was accurate?!!! I've just put that I'm sure the CCTV footage will pick me up.What does everyone else put?

Fortunately with the Helion jobs they didn't have any outlay and took very little time to complete. I won't have lost too much if things go south.

I try to describe the nearest customer sat at a desk so that they can verify their appointment time/cctv footage. Eg "The desk was situated on the right hand side of the office, to the left was another another desk at which a lady and small girl was sat with the mortgage advisor" Or something like that.

Not sure if that helps them or not, but i've not had it queried before. I guess unless theres a fire alarm nothing outstanding will really happen to verify it!

Did you manage to speak to them? the same thing happened to me and I phoned them. The guy at PIP said that I had done what I was asked and to report exactly what happened. I was in and out of the branch in a record 4 minutes!

no, never got an email back. going to complete the questionnaire and call them first thing in the morning.

Thats my second this week. monday it took 4 mins (was not interested in explaining cheques to me)

Today took only......1:52 lol (had my phone times on)

my god, i hope tomorrows bank goes just as well. maybe have time to bob into new look and spend my birthday vouchers (not that there is anything i want when i have vouchers lol)
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Maybe I'd get told the same, maybe I'd not, guess I'll only find out if I decided to give them another go, but it doesn't look good! Never mind, I had my say, I'm glad I did, and they listened.

    C'est la vie.

Thing is, Monkey, even if you do that and get reinstated, you will then be in the position that I am in.

As I have only recently registered, I can't self allocate and everyone else can, so it seems. I don't even see most of the jobs, just ones that are no where near where I live! Therefore, how will I ever be able to get to the stage of SA when I can't even get my first job?? Aaaaaagghhh! Starting to wish I hadn't bothered applying!
