Yes it is HIS drive but when he uses MY DRVE to turn around and manoeuvre cars because his drive is so full of cars then there is something I can do about it I hope you display a little more consideration to your neighbours when conducting your business then this @ss hole does to his.
Every stereotypical trait of a second hand wide boycar dealer this @ss hole has it in abundance.Yes there are good dealers out there(i have even bought off them) this @ hole is not one of them.

Calm down, you dont want to do yourself an injury!! I was only giving you some advice. Your thread was moaning on about he had 4 or 5 cars in his drive - so what, he can park a tractor there if he so desires, none of your business.

I dont agree with him using your drive to turn around cars, you are at work when this car turning occurs so how are you aware of it? Perhaps you need to tell him that you dont want him using your drive. If that fails then get a post fitted into your drive if you are that determined to stop him.

    Threats, eh?

Time to get plod involved, perhaps. If he did clamp your cars then you could cut off the clamps, and again I would involve Plod for damaging your property or preventing you from using it.

Sounds like you've got him rattled. Why not post a link to his website on here, then we could all inspect his stock.;)

Police have been involved played it down and didnt really want to get involved rather not post the web addy to be honest the cars he sells are quite decent its the lack of respect and consideration for others thats the issue..but if this continues believe me the gloves are off I have tried to explain in broad daylight to the guy and quite calmly and sober that him encroaching on my property has to stop.He in return says nothing to your face but after a few pints and in the dead of night comes out with a hail of abuse and threats with dutch courage inside him... I think you can make your own mind up what kind of person he is????

So this CCTV catches him manouvering all his cars around on your driveway, can it not be spun around to catch his mis-use of trade plates? Or did it not even catch the guy at your front door when he was round tanked up and giving you a few threats?

I dont know what to suggest to you in all honesty. Your first issue was his photos showing your home and car - nothing you can do about that. Second issue was all the cars on his drive - nothing you can do about that. Third issue was running a business (possibly) from home - hard to prove but if you are sure pursue it. Fourth issue is the manouvering of vehicles in your driveway - I dont think you are going to stop this guy from doing this unless you make it physically impossible for him.

If he was over my house threatening to clamp my cars i would ensure he did so and then be straight onto the police. Obviously you would claim for any "damage" which occured to your vehicle while the said clamp was being fitted by this div as well as the inconvience the clamp has cost you blah blah blah. I dont think he would dare do this.

An irrational alcoholic by the sound of it!

If he behaves like this, an ASBO may be the answer. Talk to the council.

Another idea is to report him to Plod if you think he may be driving after having had a few drinks. Blowing in the bag may slow him up a bit, especially if it's positive.
