I've just sent them a message to cancel my order...Most things in life are beyond our control,for everything else there is a spreadsheet

I've had a confirmation email, a security check email and another confirmation email...no cancellation one yet, but the status online has changed to awaiting stock and not available yet-pre release, or something like that, can't check again, as their website has crashed. Firstly you can cancel orders online....when the website works. So far I have sent them a couple of emails (one a day or so again) and have yet to have a response to either....so don't count on getting a fast response to any cancellation emails.
it also appears as if they send out 'lack of stock' emails sporadically. I didn't receive mine until a few hours after people here started to report them. Dont worry...you won't be left out...you will get one eventually.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Yup....go into your account....on the main page click on the order number of the orders concerned. At the bottom of the next page (that shows you the detail of the orders) there'll be a cancel button.
Used it myself when I accidentally asked for home delivery, when I wanted free store delivery (had a feeling something was going to go wrong, and didn't want to pay £1.50 for one item.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I had the security check, then the email to say my order was being processed and now a cancellation email. I have just written to ask why they hassled me with a security check if they didn't even have the product. I sent the email to the same email address that I sent my security details to and just got this back...

I too got the email from them, after all the security checks we are told:our suppliers have informed us that they are no longer able to supply
If that's the case what about all the other items available on the website? Why are people like us who only order one of each get mistreated? Why can't they keep track of what stock they have and then when the last person has bought the last one, then say sorry out of stock instead of this complete mess.
Thank god this was my first time of ordering from Woolworths, It will be my last.
