Ok people....just been in touch...H.Q, the issue is surprise..surprise..."abusing the system by multiple orders by customers.." was told that each order is getting a working over...will take several days to sort out but hopefully genuine orders will be processed...hope this helps.0

Where's that brick wall when you need to bang your head against it.
One of my other order items is showing as 'available for pick-up'....but aren't we supposed to get an email telling when we can do this? Haven't received anything from them as yet.
Also seeing nemo as not available, and incredibles as on pre-order. No email though on either change of status...in fact no emails at all.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

My order shows the same as yours, but the email I have received kind of puts things in perspective. Dont expect to get it as you most probably wont.0 -

Like I have said already, Woolies are useless! Instead of just saying 'sorry, it was a mistake' they stupidly go through the 'security' route. An embarrassment of an online presence.
