My order keeps on changing. It was awaiting security check, then processing, the item split, then back to processing.

Today i got the first email off them saying that i would receive my items on the 3rd August yet they havent taken any money off me. Getting slightly annoyed with them now.

I think they had no intention of selling the games at that price, i think its just a ploy to get traffic to their website in the hope you buy other things as well.

I ordered mine early too, on my acount details, messages are same as above, I have also received the 'security check' e-mail

In my messages, I have received the following;

"I have looked into your account and unfortunately all your items are either being held or have been rejected. Please accept my apologies on this matter. This may be because of stock query or no-response to confirm details. Please accept my apologies on this matter. Kind regards Lucy."

At the same time I ordered the games, I also ordered Buzz Lightyear, Star Command DVD £3.99, this is still showing on my account but the e-mail I got from them shows as £7.99

I shall be really REALLY annoyed if I get the DVD at the higher price & no games!

nemo available from 4th August.

incredibles available from 23rd August ??

Did receive the email yesterday asking to confirm details, but not happy doing so over email (especially as they already have most of the info they want anyway). Sent a message asking for a phone number so that I can give the details that way....no response as yet.

Would phone them myself...but seems they now have an aversion to actually talking to their customers, that is, can't find one on the site.

Hi ive had loads of problems with this order too, web site is not working properly for me so i gave them a ring, number for wollies home shopping is 0870 3337 111, been told the web site is not working for lots of people and they will log my complaint (in the bin im sure lol) the games are that price and they dont know whats going on with my account but they will look into it and ring me back, not holding my breath for the phone call though lol.
