    Why do you suggest this, please? Mrs JL had an existing contract on the point of cancellation with Orange. Despite a specific request, they tacked on the new contract to the old account. Is this likely to cause a problem and is there any way round it?

    pay rebates unless the account numbers matches and the address and name on the invoice from orange was the same as the invoice from OSPS.

    This is not in their terms.

    If you have concerned email the manager who's email is on the site, and send a printout of his reply with the claim.

    You can call the salesline to get Q's answered they always answer tell them the Customer services line just rings and emails are not answered
