Yesterday was another day when the Whoopsies got the better of me (my freezers are really groaning now!), and I added 12 breaded cod fillets to my food stocks (special offer - 4 pieces for £2 : Whoopsied to 99p/pack). That was as I left work just after 4pm, but I was a good girl and didn't take all 6 packs that were on the shelf - mainly 'cos I knew the freezers wouldn't cope - and didn't go back to see what the final reductions were just 'cos I'd already lost my NSD (which I'm prone to doing)
Hoping to keep today an NSD, as tomorrow won't be. Have a hospital appt (minor procedure under a local), which means I have to buy a bus ticket. DS will be sent out for milk (I'm out too early to get it, and am not going out for it afterwards, nor giving him any money for it on Saturday), so Saturday will be an NSD as I don't see me wanting to go anywhere with my eye patch on. Sunday is 'wobbly', as I will probably want to go out for a walk to see how my vision's coping - due to the fact the hospital have said to refrain from driving for 24 hours and I'm wanting to use the car on Monday morning (so I can visit my OH for the first time in 3 weeks!) Can't see Monday being an NSD though, as it's very rare for me to be off work when he's nothing planned during the day - so I'm guessing we'll possibly make the most of it and go out somewhere
Looks like I'm going to be struggling to get my 11 NSDs in this month - but I'm not giving in yet, even though my target for Jan thru April is 44 and I've already got 51.curlygirl1971 wrote: »Ooh I like this - because it has built in knickers to be on the safe side
Honey - the ONLY thing you need to know is that on the 30th you'll be wearing the above :rotfl:in Glasgow city centre :rotfl:.
As I think Craigloans is the only fella on the thread (prove me wrong) then what's he gonna wear........
Am declaring a NSD for today which brings me upto 8 days. I don't think that I've been reporting correctly to Spoons as we seem to be out of synch (Apology oh great Spooney) but I keep a Spending Diary where every penny is lovingly recorded so am confident in that.
Well we have GORGEOUS sunshine here in the south of manchester and no sign of that dastardly volcanic cloud here on the ground
CW18 - best of luck with your procedure. Am always slightly and wierdly fascinated by such things as I have minor probs with one of my eyes. Have needed no surgery and hopefully never will (If it gets to that point then it's Gas bubble injection and lying face down for several weeks...........don't think so) so so far have only had bits of laser 'surgery' which is easy peasey and seems to have done the trick. I can't drive for a few hours after that due to the drops they put in which make my vision go blurred for a while. Anyway - will be thinking of you£71.93/ £180.000 -
Declaring early to-day, so another one for me. Can I just tell you that you are all coming to GLASGOW, and the next week's weather forecast is for SNOW.
Anyone wearing this ensemble will be giving it JINGS CRIVVENS HELP MA BOAB, (see an Oor Wullie book)
We locals are quite hardened to the cold/wet/windy but all of these could have an adverse effect on this outfit. Lady from Venice, the wee skirt will blend in with the local laydees who swallie no bother, we'll need to keep an eye on you so that you don't get into bad (worse) company.
Did I declare for to-day, yes I think I did, definitely..............More than Two Years in

Hi
I'm up to 8 days out of 12 :-) maybe i can make 15 this month - that will be the kiss of death now i have said it xx0 -
Posting today as an NSD..:j, so that is 7 NSDs now. 8 more to go, so on target pretty much.
I will be spending tomorrow, but hope to have a spend-free weekend (fingers crossed and purse hidden away!).
Thanks to all those that have asked - work has been going well, despite the various hiccups with the new banking system. I managed to get quite a bit done last night and today, amazing! Back in again tomorrow morning, then I don't seem to be working for three weeks or so!! I know I am bank staff, but had hoped/expected to get some of the cover hours on offer. After all, I can access (and now use!) both the banking and main campus data-bases, unlike the other bank-staff. I know they were wanting to break me in gently...which they have...now I have nothing else for a while!
I have decided I can use this time fruitfully, working in the garden (but not too much!), as well as catching up with the new Office 2007 courses we now offer at work. I might even enrol as a student again! I can hear an ITQ Level 3 beckoning me...but perhaps in a while. I musn't take on too much all at once.. a weakness of mineI have to say!
I could also do more cross-stitiching, I have such a HUGE project on the go atm. In fact, I am going to do some now, as I want to get some ironing done tonight...and may watch the leaders debate on TV...could be interesting!
Have a good evening everyone...wooah, the sun has at last come out...took its time today!

OMG how addictive is that snowball thing! Have been on it for far too long working out how much I could overspend/pay off and watch the debt disappear.
Sadly a spend day here as still no food in and I wanted to get out of school and sit in a sunny park instead and needed a bite to eat as well. Was really funny cos the car park at the park was full of people eating lunch - think I was the only one who actually got out of the car!
Planned a nsd tomorrow though cos not got a minute to spare with work and tea at m-i-l'sMortgage £119,533 going down slowly

Dorastar: sounds as though you've had fun with the snowball thing-y:). Isn't it strange how, even on a beautiful sunny day people sit in their cars to eat their lunch - sometimes it's good to get in the fresh air properly... Good luck for an NSD tomorrow:)
