  • I meant to have NSD today but was too busy to get to the post on Wednesday and had eBay things to send off.

I'm going to attempt to have one tomorrow, but we'll see if I can avoid Friday night pub/takeaway/movie :D

Not sure about third from left. Too much Spandau Ballet, not enough rugby player if you ask me........but then you didn't........

......so I'll be off then...........TAXI for LadyfromVenice.......

    Good night all.

Hmmmm..... not going so well this month :o

8 days in, and only 2 NSDs under my belt

I blame it on the good Whoopsies at work - and special offers as well ;) Have added 10 portions of Cod, one of Pollack and 10 pork steaks to my freezer contents (another 2 pork steaks are being used tomorrow) - as well as 6 ready meals (plus a 7th that's already been eaten), 3 individual pies and a pack of vegetarian sausages...... Just a shame these couldn't all have turned up at the same time, instead of making me spend on 6 different days rolleyes.gif

OH MY GOD........I think I've just had a palpitation. Seeing as BigMummaF has bagseyed the one with the best legs can I have the one on the left? love0010.gif Oh no actually she didn't did she - so gosh he's up for grabs too. Gosh.....choices.......But I don't see a problem in sharing - I think these fellas would have enough energy to look after the whole thread and I never have much bounce left in me after 11pm. Could we stop off in Gretna on the way back home?

Hmmmm LOL LadyfromVenice........you're right........that one is soooo Spandau!

errmm mumble mumble what am I doing concentrate oh yes a NSD for me bringing me upto 5 I think.......still not got my prescription filled oooooops. ah well they're not for anything life threatening. may break out into an unpleasant deforming rash or too sick0012.gif

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments...this thread is really speeding along this month...lots of fun!

I might just invite myself ot this "do" in Glasgow on the 30th, if that's alright..:D

I haven't been there for years...unless you count driving on the M74 and then travelling across to the M8 to get to Kirkcaldy and the MIL. I am an East-Coast Scottish Lass really, but happy to venture West once in a while! :)

As to your ideas about hijacking my lad and his transport...I am afraid he is only 17 and doesn't drink or drive. The rugby lads don't seem to have used a mini-bus on their travels - too many of them...and all too big! They did have a lovely big coach with "Scotland" all over it, which took them from training in Peebles up to Murrayfield. I'll have mooch round and see if there is one lurking about. After all...the rugby season will be pretty well over by the end of April...so they won't need it! :rotfl:

Feeling pretty good after this evening's work (I work in Admin at a local IT training centre), despite the new banking system still not working fully...though at least it has worked out my name now!! I saw a few students tonight that I knew before I stopped working 15 months ago...they had thought I had left, not been ill!!

Right off to natter some more to DH and DS2 (the footie will have finished by now!) They are off early tomorrow morning to travel down to watch the last Scotland match against Canada. DS2 has started to cheer up now, though he is still quite down about missing playing. He went to the gym and then did some kicking practice in the field below us...he should sleep better tonight.

I am staying at home tomorrow to finish sowing some seeds...and get some sewing done too...I hope it is lovely weather like today!! I will have to pop out to post some parcels, and get some more milk and ham. (DS2 loves Bernard Matthews Honey Roast Turkey Ham, which is on BOGOFF in Morrisons at the mo....well, it was on Tuesday!)

    Night night...see you tomorrow!
