The cow is seriously trying my patience now!I have just received a tiny tiny envelope through my door which was sent by recorded delivery (should've been signed for but postie just posted it through) with a little note inside it saying 'I'm tired of emailing you now'

Of course that means she has tracking for sending something to me:mad:

Just called paypal to inform them of what has happened but as she has not as yet submitted tracking they can't do anything and if she does submit it then it will have to go into appeal and be investigated:mad:

I guess so but it's so !!!!!!! annoying!Paypal just said it will be investigated when she puts it in as tracking if I appeal and contact the police.

Shame they won't accept me scanning the envelope (complete with the tracking details on it) in.All this hassle over something so silly is bloomin annoying!

I'd like to see her claim to have sent a V.Smile console,dance mat,art studio,games,controllers and adapter for £1.36:rotfl:

As said above weight will be a giveaway even if you had signed for something. I wonder when she's going to realise that trying to be clever doesn't work when you're stupid. I hope that you won't refund return postage due to the stress she's caused you. Maybe then she'll learn that it pays to be nice.

I certainly won't be refunding her anything!Went out of my way to make up for missing the case out of the box,paid more than double the postage I charged her and offered to refund the postage charge she paid for the items,sent the case via special delivery afterwards and she still does this!The woman must be pretty damn stupid to think she'd get away with it.

How do paypal investigate this then?

Just really annoyed as I've been selling bits on ebay for some extra funds due to doing a few thousand pound bedroom for my severely autistic son with sensory equipment etc in and soundproofed to help him and try to prevent the need of medication and these funds were going towards his bubble panel-the last thing needed.Just makes me so bloody mad

I have done and they said they'll note it but if she submits that tracking number (she's just messaged me to say it's been sent and received today cheeky cow!) that I will have to appeal it.They won't accept scanned copies of what was sent or anything so no idea how long it will take

Wow -this is terrible. There are some devious spiteful people out there. To know to send a samm envelope and then submit that as a returned parcel your mind has to work in a very devious way.

I agree with cannyscot, i cant believe the lengths some people go to. She ought to be named and shamed!! Theres no way she can get away with it. I really hope it gets sorted out for you soon.
