Buyer wants a refund today but she has the item!

I sold a V.Smile console with dancemat, art studio, controller and games case containing the 8 games to a buyer who buys them and sells them seperately.
On the first estimated delivery day she was talking about opening a dispute as it hadn't been received.
She then received the item which had (unknown to me to start with) been sent via Parcelforce costing £17 instead of the £9 postage I charged her.
that was annoying but it's nothing really and I didn't request anything extra (as you wouldn't)
She complained when it arrived and told me the games were not in there. So I checked and located them and told her I will send them to her and once they are received I will refund her the postage cost she paid when she bought the item (leaving me more out of pocket-there's always a bloody man behind it!)
I have for the second time now received a demand to give her a full refund today despite her having everything but the games and me telling her they will be sent via special delivery on monday.
She insists that if I do not issue her a full refund today that she will take it further with ebay and paypal....
Obviously I have told her that if she wishes for a full refund she should return the goods to me first. But no!!!She just wants the refund and she wants it now!
So...what do I do?Surely with her having received the item (albeit a part not being in the box and coming seperately) she cannot do anything to keep the item and get a full refund?

Tell her to get stuffed. I know that a mistake was made, but you have attempted to rectify it and she is now taking the "p".
All she can do is open a SNAD (not as described) and Paypal will ask her to return the goods anyway.
Email back, being very polite and just re-iterate that you will refund in full once the goods have been received back. (Have you sent the games on yet or refunded her anything??)0 -
I have explained to her several times.
The games will be sent on monday via special delivery and she is aware of this.I've told her I will refund her postage when she receives them and closes the original dispute she opened (managed to open an item not received dispute on the 2nd day of estimated delivery. Not sure how she managed that though?Could it be because she took over a week to pay and they take it from purchase date?) as I cannot refund in official refund sense at present due to the dispute being open and paypal holding the money until it is closed.Otherwise I would have to just send it as a gift to her paypal account and with this buyer I really do not want to do that.
She's a total pain in the backside!I've done everything I can to make up for the fact that the games were missed out of the box and have paid much more than requested from her in postage. So much so that when I've paid special delivery for the games and refunded her £9 delivery I'll have made less than half the amount I sold the item for

and closes the original dispute she opened (managed to open an item not received dispute on the 2nd day of estimated delivery.(
Never ask them to close the dispute as it makes you look like the scammer (yes I know she's being the pain) If anyone posts on here and says the seller is asking for a dispute to be closed before the refund. The answer is always don't do it as you can't open it again. You can refund even if paypal are holding the money. Just go to details and refund and it will let you refund.
I wouldn't worry about the dispute as long as you sent the items tracked and have online proof of delivery ( an online signature if over £150)
You have also to remember that the games you are now sending via SD. You have no Paypal seller protection on as they have been sent as a seperate item and after 7 days from the original sale.
As much as the buyer has been a pain obviously because of a couple of mistakes the matter has got worse in the buyers mind0 -

One mistake!
The only refund option currently is for full refund as she still has an item not received dispute open which pees me off to be perfectly honest!
And yes I proof that it's been delivered.Paypal also have the tracking number as I put it inIf women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
They've still got the original tracking number though (from the Parcel Force item), so that'd give them the seller protection if they need to tap one into Paypal. You have also to remember that the games you are now sending via SD. I wouldn't give her a refund at all!
If she opens a dispute, she will have to send ALL items back tracked before getting a refund, so it's best just to ignore her and take the risk of a negative.
If she does leave a neg, just respond to it calmly stating seller took 7 days to pay then expected instant delivery.
What sort of feedback have they left for other people? It sounds like something they probably do on a regular basis, so do NOT refund anything!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
hi thier, dont refund untill you get the item back i did this once and got done! (buyer keep the item too) and if she is being a pain i wouldent send the games till its sorted with ebay/paypal just let the dispute run its corse and then paypal will make sure she sends the item back as they wont give money back till they see that its back with you
hope this helps, some ebayers0 -
OMG could this woman get anymore irritating:mad:
Got another message saying she's sick of it and doesn't understand my problem (my problem????!!!!!) and I should refund her immediately or she will take it further (with ... at the end lmao)
So,I replied once again stating that the missing bag wth games will be sent out on monday via special delivery and once dispute is closed I will refund her £9 postage and that I have done everything I can and more than some would.I also informed her that in no way will she get a full refund without sending the item back first (tracked) and that she would have to open a different dispute for that (not as described).
She then replied with 'well you have until tuesday morning to sort it all' and has said if she has not received the bits then and refund she will escalate the item not received (seriously having a !!!!ing laugh) dispute into a paypal claim.
Bit hard to do that when it's been received,I have proof and paypal have the tracking number (tempted to email or phone them and tell them to look at the tracking, check it and bloody close the claim)
stupid annoying !!!!!:mad:If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
The buyer bought something from you; you didn't send it all; the buyer raised a dispute; you are sending the missing bits; when they arrive, that's it sorted!
Make sure you get a POD for the extra bits.
FYI, I once had a seller send me something with bits missing; I raised a dispute for the full retail value of the missing bits; the seller woke up and sent me the missing items and I closed the dispute.
It could be that the buyer is trying to keep you on the case, nothing more.0 -

umm wrong way there!
The buyer opened an item not received dispute on the 2nd day within the estimated delivery range it then arrived that day.
When realised the extras weren't in there she asked for a full refund.
I said she could have one if she returned the goods via tracked delivery and only when received would she receive the refund or I could locate the missing items and send them via special delivery and refund postage.
She is not happy with this (but then she was asking where the hell it was and wanting to open a dispute on the first day of estimated delivery!!!) and still wants a full refund, keeps asking for it over and over.If her special delivery doesn't arrive by tuesday morning (and knowing her it WILL be morning she tries it) she is saying she will take the ITEM NOT RECEIVED dispute to a full paypal claim
I imagine when the extras arrive she'll still carry on complaining and take forever to close the dispute if she ever bloody does!
Big difference.
She's just a complete and utter pain in the !!!!!!! backsideIf women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0
