Buyer wants a refund today but she has the item!

Let her take it to a full INR dispute. Paypal will throw it out, because your tracking number proves delivery.umm wrong way there!
The buyer opened an item not received dispute on the 2nd day within the estimated delivery range it then arrived that day.
When realised the extras weren't in there she asked for a full refund.
I said she could have one if she returned the goods via tracked delivery and only when received would she receive the refund or I could locate the missing items and send them via special delivery and refund postage.
She is not happy with this (but then she was asking where the hell it was and wanting to open a dispute on the first day of estimated delivery!!!) and still wants a full refund, keeps asking for it over and over.If her special delivery doesn't arrive by tuesday morning (and knowing her it WILL be morning she tries it) she is saying she will take the ITEM NOT RECEIVED dispute to a full paypal claim
I imagine when the extras arrive she'll still carry on complaining and take forever to close the dispute if she ever bloody does!
Big difference.
She's just a complete and utter pain in the !!!!!!! backsideBack on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.

Just sit tight until the extras arrive.
Just as an aside, you say you paid Parcelforce £17 for delivery, you could probably have got postage for less than that, a Parcelforce service paid for via Paypal is £10.99 this has the added bonus of having the tracking automatically included on the account, so less hassle. You can also get cheaper courier rates, so worth knowing for future reference..0 -

I knew it!!!!
Yesterday morning the buyer emailed to say the games hadn't arrived and that she wanted a full refund without her sending the items back.
Last night the buyer requested my contact details from ebay yet did not contact me.Instead, first thing this morning she opened an item not as described claim stating in her comments that she feels a full refund and to keep the goods was in order as it was significantly not as described due to the games missing.
Withing 5 minutes of me responding to paypal with information they have decided she can have a refund but only if she sends the items back and they are received by me first.
Well, I did tell the dopey cow:rotfl: she won't be happy, especially after checking on monday to see if I'd posted the games and telling me she will get what she wants as she 'knows her rights'If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
It just goes to show that you just cannot help some people!! Ebay is great for its worldwide exposure but it does subject you to the odd clown or two.0

Basically, from the start she saw you'd made a tiny mistake and decided she'd use it as an excuse to try and get a full refund and keep the items no matter what you did. Even if you'd sent her 10 extra games, refunded postage, and delivered it to her door by hand she'd still be pushing for a full refund! Well done for sticking to your guns, for once common sense prevails

The stupid thing is,even after this morning and paypals decision, she has just sent me 3 messages saying 'you didn't send me the items I won, why? I want a refund'
I mean,seriously!!!!!!!!!!:rotfl:
It appears that because I'm a new seller under that account on there (rather than joint account I used to use with my partner) they must think I have mug stamped on my forehead! If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
What's this sellers name as I had something similar (she was also a trader and didn't want to pay the full cost as a couple of the 30+ items had fur missing). I told her to return them all and she said that she wanted a partial refund (over 50%) and wanted to keep some of them. I stated that it wasn't a pick and choose situation & she immediately did a paypal dispute with the same outcome as yourself. After that she left me negative feedback, which ebay refused to remove.
BTW if she never received the item that you sent via special delivery I think that you're entitled to a refund as they promise to deliver next day. Go to www.royalmail.com and check the tracking no. to see if she's telling porkies. If she isn't dispute it with them for a refund http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/content1?mediaId=22700558&catId=400026#133002690 -
did you send the games out in the end? does the tracking show them to be received at all? I'm just wondering if it could be awkward, in that she'll return only the console and not the games, put a tracking number in and get to keep your games, but be refunded if you see what I mean0
