I think there may be a glitch on TVs on M&S

When i enquired about an engineers visit, i was told the engineer would need the vat number from the vat receipt. As it happens this particular engineer was happy with the email confirmation.
I thought seeing as the receipt is sent to you free and this tv has a five year warranty, it would be easier getting hold of a receipt now rather than chasing one up in just under five years time if anything went wrong.

Just received mine this morning and set it up. Haven't messed around at all and only have Sky HD connected.

First impressions are that SD picture is much better than my old Sammy.

:beer:I got call but was out, they sent me email so i rang, then they sent email say that will be delayed again but it arrived when they initially said. Worth holding out for is real bargain....

Got mine today. Impressed with the delivery service - rang last week to arrange a convenient day - was told I'd be called by 10 on the day with the specific time it would arrive - which happened. Engineer fitted it all, sorted out things like my dvd recorder, v box video and headphones and showed me how to use my usb with it. Very helpful. Took very large box away for me as well.

I see it's now back to £799 at M&S and also Amazon. Can't believe I bagged such a bargain. I've subscibed to Sky (via Quidco £95 cashback) and have enjoyed watching England beat Australia at 20/20 in HD.One extremely happy chappie!
