I think there may be a glitch on TVs on M&S

    are u sure this is the same model m8.

    It was the 5810 40", but can't recall now if V or W - sorry!!

    The "V" is cheaper in most places so probably that one....also I saw the "W" in our local M&S yesterday....at £799

    To be honest i'm not 100% sure this was a mis-price.

    Sony have changed all their current TV models and no longer follow the V/W/X model nomenclature.

    It could be that M&S were given a load to shift by Sony as part of a volume bonus before the end of the financial year or that they had a load of these in stock they wanted to clear.

    Either way, i'm dead chuffed to have picked one up at this price.

    this is a mis price m8. u dont get sony 40" w models for 450 quid. the original price was high tho as u can get these under 700 quid on other sites. with cash back this is just over 425 quid.

    Has anyone had theirs delievered? do they set it up for you? and whats the tv like? mines coming tomorrow and im hoping they will set it up as im sure they will do it alot quicker than us!!! We have also got a sky hd box being delievered on Sunday hubbie cant believe his luck!!!

    I rung M&S who gave me the phone number of my local delivery people (Touch) - they booked me in for the first available slot - this Friday. yippee
  • getting mine tomorrow after missing a few calls. at 1st they said 1 would be delivered but after checking my orders said both will arrive tomorrow. gr8 price for these.lol
  • I just phoned that number and he said they havn't got the stock at the moment but should be in within the next week.
