yes i call their home delivery team they says has no record of my order. then i call CS they confirmed they made a mistake has not push my order through

I hadn't heard anything, so I phoned yesterday - they checked my order and said it was being moved to warehouse?? so I should hear from them sometime this weekend to arrange delivery. I called 0845 609 0200.
