When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important
Gooooooooooooooood Morning!!

Ok, going to cheer you all up now, seeing as it's Monday morning....here are some dancing animals!!

Hope you all have a fab weekend. I had 2 NSDs....woohoooo!! Countdown to the Easter hols for me....3 days of work left

Not a good start to the summertime eh?! Tis dark and wet here...oh well:p
Ok, time for my list:

            Hello everyone
I'm off work today as builders are in (last day, I think - they seem as peeved off with it as I am) - so eating toast, keeping the heating off and not spending money as not able to leave house. On negative side, can't use kitchen so OH has to buy lunch today. Hoping that i can use kitchen this evening to just cook some tortelloni and pesto or something.
Going to have a look around for anything to eBay, but think we're pretty much eBayed out! x*paid off 19.3% of debt, as of 8/3/2010*0

            Morning all,
Yay to dancing animals, boo to nasty work colleagues!
Well done Little Kel on the weight loss, as Mr T's say...every little helps!
 Today I have/will:
 - Woken up at 4am by a headache? Never been woken up by one before?? Head still a bit fluffy but will take more pills in a bit
 - Driven carefully to DD's nursery due to OH taking the carseat . DB has the other one. Put DD on one of the built in booster seats in my car and she was an angel!
 - Check banking and update spreadsheet, I love editgrid!
 - E-mail purge commision sheet to boss and update totals (only £5 this week)
 - Keep an eye on ebay sales, my OH had a Montblanc pen I bought in back in our frivolous days and then pen got stolen, so I listed the EMPTY pen box yesterday and I have 1 bid and 3 watchers!!! Amazing what people buy!
 - Need to keep up with OnePoll
 - See about claiming my Valued Opinions
 - Recheck my budget for the month and ask OH if he knows when he's getting paid yet and how much!
As I was rolling around waiting for my headache to subside at 4am this morning I thought of loads of things I needed to do, none of which I can remember now!
 Have a happy monday all
JxNothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!0
