Not sure about my buyer

I sold an iPod nano today and before they paid they asked why I don't accept refunds.
Then he asked if it would arrived before next Saturday as he is away for Easter.
He only has 1 feedback since October 2009 and all he has bought in the past few months are more iPod nanos.
Why would he want so many ipod nanos?
Also his name and email address is chinese, even though he says he lives in Scotland.
He paid and his address is a very strange flat number. I looked on Royal Mail's address finder and the flat number is listed, but he has added a room number and another flat number to this.
i.e Room x, Flat xx, No.x x Road (x's replace personal details)
This all seems very dodgy and I don't know what to do.
He has paid and I would be sending special delivery, but I don't know if I should refund him and refuse to sell to him although I don't know if you can do this.
Any advice would be appreciated.

As long as you send via special delivery it should be OK.
Maybe they are student flats or something similar hence why he has added a room number, that's how we wrote out our addresses when i lived in halls at Uni.
Is his address confirmed in the paypal message you received with his payment?0 -
He has a letter and another number added to the flat number that is listed which just seems odd.
The paypal email says unconfirmed address and paypal's website says confirmed but they are the same address?
He is not verified.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

I would be inclined to post the item, should they claim none receipt you will have the trackable proof of delivery to satisfy paypal.
Do Ipods have serial numbers? If so, note them down, maybe write your ebay username or something on the back of it in security pen. Because, as you said they have purchased a few of the same items and they may claim the one you send doesn't work and end up returning to you a faulty ipod.0 -
I am more worried of chargebacks or maybe he is using a stolen CC to pay with?
All he has bought are ipod nanos which is odd plus him wanting it bu Saturday seems odd tooI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

Ultimatley it's down to you whether you post the item or not, but if you refund and break the sale then you are left vulnerable to negative feedback.0 -
They have won 5 ipod nanos in the last 5 days and bidded on a total on 19 ipod nanos and nike trainers

the address could be legit
have you looked on streetview to see what sort of property it is?
could be something like student accommodation and/or converted flats0 -
There are Chinese people living in Scotland, you know!
It may be the address - my Scotland-dwelling friend has an odd address format as she lives in a tenement. But agree you should take down the relevant details to be sure.
How do you know what he has bought if he only has one feedback? Could be that one broke and he's replacing it?0 -

It's possible he has older feedback from longer than 90 days or more ago [i think that's the cut off] which does not count to his current feedback total.0 -
I know there are chinese people in Scotland lol
My problem has nothing to do with him being chinese, I am saying that he has a chinese email address and has bought 5 ipods
I know he has bought 5 by going to advanced search, items by bidder, put his username in and viewed ones where he is the highest bidder that have completed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
