    There would be a lot of churn with Access. It could well be that the dicks in marketing simply don't understand the difference between their LLU and IPstream products. Let's face it from what we see here a lot of their customers and potential customers certainly don't.

    Both myself and friends have o2, where can you get a service on adsl which gives you between 7-8mb actual speed... customer service is good. I just called them and they said to call up with card details and can pay in advance. The reason I want to is I had £100 via quidco, so means free for a year, although whats £7.50 for good speed?
