I get married on 27th so not long to go now. We spent yesterday putting together our table plan which will go up on an easel at the hotel and we also wrote peoples menu choices on the back of their place cards so that waiters know where to put each meal and the guest can remind themselves what they ordered. We also decorated our post box for all our cards etc and decorated the box we have put our order of service in.

I'm on the 27th too, it suddenly seems so close now! I've done a nice long list of all the things left to do and divided them up into days this week so hopefully will be all sorted by this weekend. Seems a bit more manageable like that!

and I still have a stupid amount of things to do. I did the same as you jenny planned everything out for the last 2 weeks of what would be done when but then I kept moving stuff further down the list when I ran out of hours in the day. Why why why did we decide to make EVERYTHING ourselves? I don't need to sleep or eat right?

Since I've taken the lazy, uncreative route, I feel quite organised! Have to do the table plan and place cards, but my bridesmaid is doing that a couple of days before the wedding as she's the crafty one, but lives too far away to do it sooner.

Hello everyone - Im now a married Woman!

Had a lovely day, it didnt rain but the morning dragged even though it was an 11.30 ceremony!

Couple of no shows and a melt down from my 4 yr old who has a viral infection - he did really good but once the calpol wore off he just couldnt take it - playing on the best mans i-phone did the trick

Got hair appointment tomorrow morning as having all over colour and some highlights put in ready for next week. On Sunday our last bann reading is being done at our local church and so after the service the vicar will give us a certificate to give to the vicar at the church we are getting married it.

I hurt my shoulder last weekend and the pain has been getting worse not better so I saw an osteopath yesterday and I gave not only pulled muscles but damaged a tendon in my shoulder too. I am having ultra sound treatment and putting ice on it but have a real fear that if it doesnt improve I won't be able to hold my bouquet :eek:
