Can I ask what sort of car it is?
I remember similar quotes back in the good ole days of hot hatches when I passed in the 80s. My first car was quoted £1250 - 23 years ago (and we lived out in the sticks!)0 -
Gawd, its a lot isnt it. My first son didnt drive til he was 21 and I think his insurance was only about £600 a year.
I hope your boy gets a part time job or something to pay towards it. Is he off to Uni this year?0 -
The car is a peugeot 206 11 engine, bog standard all round and a yucky green in colour, he is 6 4 in height and he waS sitting in the boot when he tried the corsa for size lol so the peugeot was a bit longer on the legroom even though the corsa was 500 cheaper on the insurance.0
