Oops, I'm so sorry I missed your anniversary Tappity Tappers! (this is my pet name for you!) Hope the two of you have a lovely day!!!
Just had a lovely walk with Coco, and she got off her lead for a wee while, came back everytime I called her, what a good girl she is.:AIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window

Afternoon peeps
lovely and sunny here today and very blustery, i shall pop outside shortly to see if the washing is dry - hope that it is as i`ve another lot to hang out before i go to w*rk and there`s not enough space on the line for all of it.
DH has taken the houndies away on a short fishing trip and will be back tomorrow night so i`ve got the doggie bed covers in the machine atm.
Up nice and early this morning, i wo*ked until late last night and put the clocks forward before i went to bed, popped to MrA as soon as they opened to return the whoopsied Owl micro that i picked up last week as its not compatible with my 3 phase meter. Did a bit of shopping and then i`ve been cooking and cleaning since i got back. Lots to do and not enough time to do it but its far easier without two houndlets wanting to help
I watered my seedlings earlier and i`m really itching to start hardening them off but as someone mentioned earlier there is snow forecast over the next couple of weeks and the temperature is set to drop so i need to keep them indoors for a good while longer.
Taplady - Happy Anniversary to you & your DH :happylove:happyhear
Stroppyjock - I can sympathise re the suicide, we have had a few in and near our area recently.
Right i`m off to sort out the washing and get ready to go to the bad place, have a lovely sunny Sunday peeps.

Had a nice morning in the garden. Sowed some leeks, chilli peppers (although I never cook with these and it's the Tabasco variety  I thought I'd give it a go), tomatoes and cauliflower. the peas that I sowed in November have struggled with the heavy snow and bad weather so I may see what I can plant in the large gaps between them.
Went to local garden centre as I want some sweet pepper seeds and I treated myself to some raspberry canes from my birthday money. Not' grown them before so need to find out how
I don't really eat fruit but I like the idea of them :rotfl:
Was also drooling over the apple trees. Have a small flowering cherry tree (no fruit just leaves and blossom). My mum suggested digging that up and planting a fruit tree instead - quite like the idea of that
Also went to a local table top sale and bought a princess and fairy outfit along with some wooden jigsaws for DD
Essex - just checked the weather. No snow for us just rain, rain and more rain

Afternoon everyone
Sun is shining here, but very windy.Trying to be good today and get all my jobs done on my list and stay off the computer.
Have changed all beds, put in wm and due to hang out shortly. Managed to get 1 load on the line this morning too. Lunch today was sardines on toast I always forget how good it tastes. Tea is Thai chicken curry with Rice. Wedding invites now all done and ready to go. Hoping to make some Twinks and more Weetibix cake this afternoon. Still ongoing with the decluttering, managed to sort out 1 drawer so getting there slowly, plenty more to do yet.
Got to take my car for repair tomorrow, the part needed is coil andI have been told it costs £46 already had 4 new tyres this week at a cost of £240, got told by tyrefitters that it needed new discs and brake pads on the front so will get this checked tomorrow, they wanted £140 for doing it:eek:. Also had to pay car tax so will be a bit skint this month, why does everything happen at once:mad:.
Taplady - Congratulations on your wedding anniversay:T.
Diva - Your new camera sounds fab.
Enjoy the rest of your day, need to get a move on to complete my list. Will have a coffee 1st I think. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care

thanks JackieG:T my tap group has a similar name:D
we've been out for a nice drive in the countryside - was spoiled a bit by the fact that a car hit our mirror and broke it and didn't stop:mad: but apart from that was lovely in the sunshine. we went to a carboot but didn't bag any bargains - not a great deal there - think its a bit early in the year yet.
This afternoon we're just pottering about at home, hope to give the hounds a bath(they pong) and DH is settling in his 10 new baby pigeons.
I've done 4 loads of washing(most of it DS1s) and a mountain of ironing too.
Tea is beef for the chaps and Quorn cottage pie for me(HM from freezer)
off to get started on the dogs now(bet they are hiding if they heard us mention the dreaded bath word:D)Do what you love :happyhear0 -
