Hi Nelski, got your priorities right again!!!!
Paul Rankin soda bread is really quite good for a commercial product, I like it!!You never get a second chance to make a first impression.0 -
I'm 4 stone heavier than what was my 'normal' weight. I've often joked that I should start smoking as I'm sure I would lose weight by doing so ( a ciggie could easily replace my need to eat). Iknow, I know, far from worth it.
well done you for losing the weight in the first place Church Mouse - and then for giving up smoking. Just think, had you not lost the weight then you'd be that much heavier now! Fresh fat flies fastest - so sooner you tackle the weight the easier it is to shift - that is if you want to....
that's my problem - oddly I'm not bothered enough!January '06 Grocery Challenge (4th - 31st) £320.Week 1 - £73.99 Week 2 £5.10 (so far)
Someone burst my bubble and I lost the plot so no idea what I spent now...Other Jan :- Petrol £20.41, Clothes £8.50, House £3.I will try to work it out.
