    Morning everyone

First off I just want to say AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

There. That's bettter. Sorry about that, but it's one of those days. I have PMT (must be going around the board:rolleyes:). Morning post bought an invite to a 21st THIS weekend for hubbys cousion & he really wants to go but this means I need to find a cheap pressie in a hurry, plus a speeding nootice AGAIN for hubby! This will be the 2nd in a year, he is pushing the car insurance up more & more & doesn't get why I am stressing about it. I paid for the damn car although it is in his name, I'm bloody tempted to put it back in my name & make him cycle to work. Unfoprtuantely one of the conditions of his job is that he needs a car so I can't but he clearly can't be trusted with it!!!

Now that that's off my chest, (((hugs))) to everyone who wants one, hope you all have lovely days, special hugs for Elona who is going to have a horrible day no matter what. Sorry ageandjo, but I'm all at sea over what you are talking about? I hoep you get it sorted, whatever it is!

    Have a good day everyone:T

Bargain Rzl - I know it's hard, but try not to panic. At the end of the day the valuation is to ensure that you are not paying way over the odds for the property you are purchasing - I know how much you love the property but if it was way over priced I'm sure you'd want to go back to your original plan and wait a little longer?
Lillibet - MEN!!!! I can certainly see why you are stressing about that. Do you drive? Why does he need a car for work? I think it's important you sort something out about his speeding as you don't want him to lose his license!
Tootles - sorry to hear you're having such a bad time on those tabs. It certainly sounds as though they're not the right thing for you. A friend of mine took them and had nothing like that, so it's not even a 'typical' reaction. Make sure you do go back and tell your GP, they may be able to suggest something else.

Do you think Old Stylers synchronise their cycles, like groups of female colleagues, or mums and daughters who live together? :p ... I'm afraid I'll always be a bit of a rebel in that respect - my body does whatever the heck it likes, and comes on only when it can be bothered

  • morning everyone.

i'm still feeling particularly lazy today. I had quite a rough evening/night though, so i'm letting myself take it easy. I had really awful pains in my lower back, just on the right hand side of my pelvis. It kept coming and going. I got myself in a bit of a tizz as it was nearly painful enough to make me cry, and i got the idea in my head it might have been labour pains. DH wasn't much help as he was laughing at me. I think he thought i was just messing around, but i was actually quite worried.

I keep getting these pains, so i will have to talk to the midwife again when i see her next week. It has spurred me on to start thinking about packing my bag for the hospital. I know i still have 10 weeks left, but you just don't know what happens do you.

I think i will pop to my parents house today and have a bit of a catch up with them. I haven't seen my family for acouple of weeks as i have been away and busy, so that is my plan for the day.

    happy wednesday everyone.

    Morning All,

    Elona, hope today goes well.

Moning Bargain Rzl, Nicki, Purple Princess, Kyle, Kazonline, Lilibet, Tootles, Essex Girl, LynseyJane, Ronankfan, Shell2001, Kiwichick, Snow Angel, Freyaluck, Penelope Penguin, Ageandjo, Stressedoutmumof1, Funky Fairy, Penny Pincher, Twink, Icemaiden, Troo, Hardup Hester, Moggins, Snoozer, Jan59, phew!!!! And of course any I have missed!!

Late this morning but have joined the Flylady thread as I have a list as long as my arm of stuff to do before in laws arrive on the 25th. The de-cluttering and cleaning needs to be done by Friday so DH and I can get the front and back gardens sorted (triffids attacked whilst we were on hols!!) so I've got my evenings sorted for the next few days. DH is on nights tommorrow and Friday so that will make it much easier, particularly as most of the clutter is his.

Am tired as DH was out at a retirement do last night, he rolled home at 10.30 but didn't come upstairs until midnight when he woke me up being soppy, telling me he missed me, couldn't be annoyed he was so sweet....

Kids are at hol club today, we decided we would do some bumper cake making when the kids finish there as they love it so much and we are so sad it's closing down. Made the weetabix brownies and the weetabix cake yesterday, they were both great. Kids had a warm brownie and ice cream for pud last night and DH helped himself to them when he got in. He can't stop raving about the weetabix cake!! They'll definitely be on the list for the holiday club methinks.

Breakfast: muesli (and some weetabix cake but no butter)
Lunch: left over pasta & creme fraiche with bacon & peaches for pud.
Dinner: Steak & kidney pie with mash & veg, pudding: brownies I think!!

    Laters!
